Refund policy

At Sandario, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including the box, pouch, and accessories.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Items purchased during final sale or special promotion

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank.
